Helensburgh Motors, which represents the Toyota and Subaru brands in Argyll and Dunbartonshire, are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their successful team. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, driven, ambitious and self-motivated individual to work within a vibrant sales environment, dealing with new and used car sales. Candidates must have proven sales experience within a car sales environment.
The main purpose of the role is to engage with customers in a helpful and friendly manner to build relationships and generate sales whilst delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- To be knowledgeable, helpful and informative to all customers about the product range.
- To negotiate with customers on vehicle purchases and part exchange valuations.
- To work to and meet all KPIs - sales and financial targets.
- To comply with all Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) at all times.
Essential skills for this role include, confidence in telephone enquiries and prospecting, online enquiry handling, the ability to comply with a structured sales process. Literacy in IT and PC Systems are crucial. Attention to detail when completing vehicle evaluations and sales related paperwork is vital.
For this role you MUST be able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence as this is required for moving vehicles and taking customers out on test drives.
As the company is open 6.5 days a week you will be required to work 2 out of 3 weekends.
